Terms & Conditions
· You agree to book and pay for the sessions within 2 weeks of the start of each half term. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
· Failure to pay (or notify KatsAct of any payment issues) by then will result in my child no longer being able to attend and their place could be offered to another child from the KatsAct waiting list.
· Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
· We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances due to overheads that we still need to pay for.
· If there are any sessions missed eg for bad weather or staffing shortages, KatsAct will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
· KatsAct or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
· KatsAct cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to your child’s property (eg, valuables and electronic devices). You are advised to insure your possessions accordingly.
· KatsAct undertakes to provide a safe environment for children and adults at all times and encourages a supportive, encouraging and welcoming community. We reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
· You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - katsact@hotmail.com
· You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
· Your child should be wearing appropriate clothing for rehearsal – T shirt and black/navy leggings/joggers, sweatshirt if required, jazz shoes/plimsolls, long hair tied back and should bring a water bottle. KatsAct T-shirts are available to purchase from Sportsform.
· If your child requires an inhaler or epipen, this must accompany your child at all times.
· You agree to support KatsAct’s approach to child safety and not upload or add any images, video, sounds or text that could upset another member of KatsAct.
· You understand that KatsAct may take photos and/or videos during rehearsals, workshops or performances. I give permission for KatsAct to publish these publicly on social media, and websites for advertising and promotional purposes.
